About TSUKI ceramic

I am Aki Kaida, a ceramic artist.

Born in Hiroshima, Japan. Currently based in Florence, Italy.

A graduate of Osaka University of Arts, Department of Design. After moving to Florence in 2022, Aki rediscovered her passion for ceramics.

I creates pieces that embody the quiet balance between my Japanese roots and my life in Italy. Each work is hand-carved using the Kurinuki technique, shaping the clay until it reveals its most beautiful, natural form.

My goal is to craft vessels that bring a sense of calm and gentle light into everyday life, like the soft glow of moonlight that connects distant places, hearts, and memories.
